What Operating systems are supported?

Metal POS Supports Windows 10, 8, 7, and multiple Windows Server versions.

Do I need a separate computer for the POS Program?

No.
Metal POS will run fine in a multi-tasking environment and does not require a
dedicated system. This allows small business owners to get the most from their
equipment investments.

Are touch screens supported?
|

Yes.
Although supported, it is always a good idea to consider the environment
in which you put a touchscreen. Harsh environments can cause additional
equipment wear and maintenance.

Do I need to backup my information? If so, how often?

Absolutely!
Backups are essential to the continued operation of any business. Metal POS
has functions which allow you to easily make a daily backup of your data onto
a flash drive. Many services also exist to provide off-site backups to protect
against incidents such as theft, fire, or flood.

Are customizations available for Metal POS?

Most of our customers find that the standard features in Metal POS suit their business
